Kindness #20: Playground

This one was an item I found in the Times this morning. There's a playground near Richmond that was torched to the ground by vandals in April 2007. The community has recently cut the ribbon on their newly rebuilt park. The county supervisor said they wanted to show that the community is the one that controls the park--not the vandals.
