For Christmas, my parents got me a pink toolset. I guess they got tired of me bringing all of their tools back and forth from the dorms to fix stuff, so they decided to get me my own. It's certainly one of the most useful gifts I've ever gotten. But until recently, I haven't gotten a chance to use it much. I usually use the mini screwdrivers to unlock the bathroom door when I accidentally lock myself out.
But today, I actually used it to install a mirror in my room. It wasn't anything too complicated. Just screwing the hooks to the back of it. But still. I'm pretty proud of a job well done. And I managed to do it all without injuring myself or drilling a hole into the carpet.
