The Dublin community is planning their annual vigil for Ilene Mischeloff who was 13 years old when she disappeared on her way home from school on January 30, 1989. Twenty years later, her parents still don't know what happened to her. Over a hundred people attend each year's vigil. The community gathers every year to pray with the Mischeloff family in hopes that they will one day find answers regarding Ilene's disappearance.
