With only three weeks until the release of the very last Harry Potter film installment, it feels like the magical world we HP fans have loved for over a decade is coming to a bittersweet end. But fear not, fellow Potterheads! There is no need to go into HP withdrawal just yet!

author J.K. Rowling announced today that she will be launching a brand new website called

Pottermore

with free online reading and other content available in October. According to a press release, the site will offer "extensive new material about the characters, places and objects in the much-loved stories." True to Rowling's style, she hasn't leaked much else about the site. Instead, we'll just have to be content imagining what magical things await us this autumn. Personally, I'm hoping for more background info on Snape and other members of the Order of the Phoenix!
