Kindness #24: Ice Skating
My sister went skating at Dublin Iceland the other day and there was a midde-aged man who was there skating for the first time. He fell flat on his face and couldn't get up. Crowds of people skated past him without even bothering to see if he needed help. Finally a young teenage couple skated over and picked him up. It was difficult at first because he was a bit heavy, but they didn't give up. After a long struggle, they were able to carry him off the ice. So much for the stereotype that young people don't care about anyone else.
